Big Dance 2012

Get involved in the UK’s biggest ever celebration of dance

Taking place across the UK, Big Dance will feature thousands of events inspired by dance. These will take place in a variety of locations and will be open to anyone!

DanceEast is excited to be part of the Big Dance Hub for the East of England. Events will be planned from Friday 18 May – Sunday 9 September 2012 to give everyone the opportunity to get dancing.
‘DanceEast is delighted to be the East of England Regional Hub for Big Dance 2012. This will be a unique celebration of not just dance, but of celebrating the potential of the human body to express itself physically through dance. Our aim is for everyone in the East to let themselves go!’ Assis Carreiro, Artistic Director & Chief Executive, DanceEast
