Adri Walker-Webb Focusing on alignment, posture and co-ordination, learn the elegant moves of ballet while enjoying a safe workout. With live piano accompaniment (Monday evenings only). Beginners and improvers classes.

Body Balance

This holistic workout incorporates a calm but powerful blend of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. Concentrate on the use of breath to calm and focus the mind and body, whilst creating strength and flexibility.

Contemporary Beginners

Drawing on Graham and Cunningham techniques this class provides those with dance experience the chance to improve technique while keeping a high level of stamina and flexibility. With live percussion accompaniment.
Creative Dance (previously Swerve)
7-11yrs Samantha Nice Have fun and learn contemporary styles through imaginative creative tasks. This class is a great way to make new friends. 

Egyptian Belly Dance

Jazz

This class includes a fun and strong jazz based warm-up and strengthening exercises, finishing in a short modern or jazz combination.
Junior Springboard 12-18yrs

An opportunity for people with additional needs to discover dance skills and create dances to share. Carers are not required to attend and no previous dance experience is necessary

Latin Fit

Get fit, have fun and set the dance floor on fire with the Cha Cha, Paso Doble, Jive and Samba! No partner is required for this class.
Musical Theatre Dance 7-11yrs & 12-16yrs

Based on Emma's experiences working in the West End this class consists of musical based dance and expressive character themed routines.

Keep fit through creative contemporary dance in a fun and relaxed environment.

Springboard

This class for people with additional needs encourages group members to learn and create new dance moves. Carers are not required to attend and no previous dance experience is necessary.

Stretch & Tone

Body conditioning, yoga and stretching techniques provide a relaxing but invigorating workout. This class focuses on muscular strength, body alignment and balance.

A non-syllabus class comprising a gentle warm up, building exercises and routines. With live piano accompaniment. Beginners and improvers classes available.

Luca Silvestrini's Protein L.O.L (lots of love)

Friday 28 January, 7.30pm, Jerwood DanceHouse, Ipswich

Known for turning everyday life stories into witty and profound dance theatre, Luca Silvestrini's award-winning dance company Protein has created a new work of dance theatre that puts love and wanting centre stage.

In their new work L.O.L (lots of love), Protein delves into the world of electronic communication to uncover the evolutionary shift that social networking and the internet have had upon the way we live, love one another and belong to society in general. Expect social comment, provocative humour and engaging performances.
