Delegate tariff

DanceEast offers an all inclusive tariff to suit your meeting/conference requirements including full day and half day delegate rates. Refreshments will be served at times to suit you.

Day delegate packages includes:

• Room hire
• Three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits 
• Jugs of ice cold water
• Finger buffet lunch served with fresh orange juice 
• Flip charts and pens
• All audio/visual requirements (including microphones if applicable)
• Wi-Fi

Package Tariff (all subject to VAT.):

• Full day - £33.95 per delegate (with finger buffet lunch)
• Half day, 8.30am to 1.30pm or 1.30pm to 5.00pm  - £13.95 per delegate (with two tea and coffee servings)
• Half day - £22.95 per delegate (with two tea and coffee servings and finger buffet lunch)

Please note that delegate rates are subject to the following minimum numbers: Boardroom - 10 people/Studio Theatre* - 50 people.

*Theatre style as standard, price on application for other room layouts in the Studio Theatre.
