Graham Howes is an ex Harley Street Hypnotherapist providing hypnotherapy treatment in Ipswich. Graham provides hypnosis for issues such as lack of confidence; anxiety attacks and traumas.

Emma Gibbons is a trained dancer and British Wheel of Yoga teacher offering yoga classes and one to one sessions that focus on creating strength, space and length in the body, whilst using the breath to release tension.
Targeted one-to-one sessions at the Dancehouse are available on request.
