DanceEast classes and workshops in Ipswich and Suffolk

DanceEast runs a variety of classes at the Jerwood DanceHouse on the Ipswich waterfront, and in Suffolk. The DanceHouse is open to all, so pop in and try out a DanceEast class today!

• Dance classes for adults

Keep fit and healthy with DanceEast's range of fitness, wellbeing and dance classes. Try out Tap or Ballet for beginners; relax in early bird Yoga, or find your dancing feet with a touch of Flamenco on a Friday night!

• Children’s dance classes

Learn West End routines in Musical Theatre Dance or move with music in the popular Tots & Co (classes run six days a week!). Why not give Jazz a go on a Thursday evening, or break, lock and pop in Creative Hip Hop. There is a DanceEast class for all!

• Dance for people with additional needs

DanceEast has a developing programme of activities for children and adults with additional needs, and works with individuals and service providers. DanceEast classes run weekly for people of all ages.

Dance across Suffolk

DanceEast delivers outreach work in schools and community settings in Suffolk. It also runs Upstart, a dance class for young people which takes place weekly at the apex, Bury St Edmunds.
