Terms and conditions for full (12 classes) and half (6 classes) DanceCards:
- The holder is entitled to 12 / 6 classes of their choice.
- It is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and valid for the person named on the card only.
- The card must be presented at the Box Office before attending a class.
- Holding a DanceCard does not entitle the bearer to automatic entry to a class. Maximum capacities are set for every class and entry works on a first come first served basis.
- If you fail to present the DanceCard you will be required to pay the appropriate fee for that session.
- Valid for 12 calendar months from the date of issue.
Pre-booking

All classes can be booked a week in advance, either over the phone, in person, or online.
- A 50p fee applies when booking for classes by credit/debit card, either over the phone or in person. There is currently no fee for booking classes online.
What to wear

Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.
- Please avoid wearing any denim.
- Footwear is dependent on the dance style, and for most classes bare feet are preferable.
- DanceEast encourages people to avoid outdoor footwear for Hip Hop and to wear white-soled shoes where possible.
Terms and conditions
- Please allow at least 15 minutes before the start of the class for registration.
- Latecomers will not be admitted to prevent injury and disruption to the class.
- No refunds or exchanges are given unless a class is cancelled.
- DanceEast reserves the right to vary the advertised programme and substitute tutors if necessary.
Free places
DanceEast offers free places to Looked After Children and Suffolk Young Carers registered with Suffolk County Council. Please contact the Box Office in advance on 01473 295230.
Access to the DanceHouse
To ensure that your visit is as smooth as possible, please phone in advance to advise of any access needs. Disabled car park spaces at The Mill need to be booked in advance by calling RCP on 01603 620720.
