Wednesday 4 January - Saturday 31 March (half term 13 - 17 February)

• All classes can be booked one week in advance, either over the phone, in person or online.
• A 50p fee applies when booking for classes by card either over the phone or in person. There is currently no fee for booking classes online.
• Adult classes are open to people aged 16 years and over.
• *Iyengar Yoga will not run on Tuesday 31 January, 28 February and 27 March.
