We’re releasing digital classes for you to take part in at home every day from 10am (BST) – you can access them through our YouTube channel.
DanceEast dance artists will lead you through light dance exercises – raising morale, and more importantly reducing the negative effects of inactivity and inevitable boredom! The individual classes will last between 15 – 30 minutes and will be available online for 24 hours, so you can rewind and repeat the class as much as you like. The warm up and cool down options will always be available in case you’d like some guidance.
Our online classes are free of charge however, if you would like to make a donation it would help us continue providing great dance for everyone. Please click here – thank you for your support!
The same class content will be repeated throughout the week, introducing new content the following week. If you have any questions, try our Frequently Asked Questions page – if you still don’t find your answer, please get in touch!
Take a look at our timetable above and you’ll see that Home Is Where The Dance Is includes classes for different age groups, as well as chair-based sessions – so everyone can take part, wherever you are!
If you’ve been taking part in our online classes – please take our survey! By providing your feedback you’ll be helping us create an improved experience.
