The extraordinary and outstanding dancers of Cuba’s national contemporary company bring their exceptional talent to Snape for an exclusive UK engagement straight from their sell-out show with Carlos Acosta at the London Coliseum.
Demo_n/Crazy was commissioned by DanceEast as part of a cultural exchange between the UK and Cuba. Rafael Bonachela, Associate Artist at DanceEast, travelled to Havana last year to create a work that has been hailed a tour de force of extreme physicality and raw energy performed by some of the world’s finest dancers.
The programme also features works by Cuban dancer/choreographer Georges Céspedes and Dutch choreographer Jan Linkens. An unbeatable evening of Cuban contemporary dance.
