Professional Development

DanceEast provides a range of professional development activities for students, graduates, practitioners and dance artists. Previous opportunities have included master classes with Wayne McGregor | Random Dance, Rambert Dance Company, Richard Alston Dance Company and Henri Oguike Dance Company.

Previous opportunities include the annual Inspired! course, which aims to help youth dance leaders. A previous course practically explored 'personalised learning' in relation to technique class, rehearsal direction and performance.

DanceEast has also previously offered one day Summer schools with Russel Maliphant and Lauren Potter.

As part of its Professional Development Programme DanceEast is keen to develop links with local teachers and dance practitioners.
