Egyptian Belly Dancing is a gentle form on exercise with movements which particularly work the lower back and pelvis helping to maintain flexibility, improve strength and lubricate muscles. The class begins with a gentle warm up, followed by belly dance technique and a fun routine.
This intermediate-levelled class is suitable for those who have some knowledge of belly dance technique or who have been attending the beginners class for at least a year. It is suitable for participants with mild back injury and can help prevent further back problems.
