Led by Lindsay Jane Marsh, our Hatha Yoga classes are thoughtfully sequenced, combining classic yoga poses, breath work and blissful relaxation. An overall focus on wellbeing. Our Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
From these classes, you can expect to:
- Improve flexibility, core strength and focus
- Achieve a state of calm and relaxation
- Calm the mind, reduce stress, and feel uplifted!
Lindsay Jane Marsh is a positive, uplifting yoga teacher bringing confidence and joy to your mat.
Lindsay found yoga and its many benefits at a young age on her own personal journey to wellness.
In January 2019 Lindsay embarked upon and graduated in a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training course. Lindsay studied with a Himalayan Yoga Master in Rishikesh, India. Since her return from India, she has been busy teaching at various venues as well as providing one to one private sessions.
Lindsay is also very passionate about dance, when not on her yoga mat or teaching, Lindsay can be found in the studio training in Ballroom and Latin as well as assisting in DanceEast’s Dance for Parkinson’s classes.
Participants should bring their own mat, a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing.
We also have an Ashtanga Yoga class on Saturday mornings.
