Hip Hop (18+) | Live on Zoom

WHAT TO EXPECT

Perfect your technique and performance by learning choreography set to the latest tracks.
This class starts with a fitness based warm up as well as practising drills in the foundations of different hip hop movements. You will then learn choreography based around the foundations learnt in the drills, focusing on musicality and groove, with the aim of leaving the class having learnt at least three of the main foundations of the style. The end of the class may vary from week to week, with the possibility of having some time to freestyle and try out your own movement.

If you join us for a hip hop class, you can expect to improve your confidence in the style as you improve your technique.

IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?

This class is an intermediate to advanced level and is designed for dancers who have previous experience of hip hop.

“Come with an open mind and be ready to work hard. I am super diverse with my music choices which means every week will have a different vibe to it. The whole point of the class is to feel welcome and feel supported by myself and everyone in the class, so give it a go!” – Rikkai Scott, Hip Hop Tutor
