Pilates (18+ years) Friday | Live Zoom Class

A Pilates class for all abilities designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, balance and posture, and enhance mental awareness – perfect for if you’ve been working at your desk all day!

Pilates focuses on the core muscles and works to improve core stability, alignment and posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.

What you need for this class: a yoga mat.

Just like our regular classes in the Dancehouse, there are a limited number of spaces for the live sessions, so make sure to book as soon as possible.

You’ll receive the Zoom link to join the class 1 hour before via email, and you’ll be able to join the class up to 15 minutes early, ensuring a prompt start.
