It is a cardiovascular class which uses whole-body, expressive and grounded movements, rather than repetitive jogging or lifting. You can adapt Nia to match your ability by choosing from three intensity levels and the technique gives you tools to explore the way that your body moves. It is suitable for all ages and abilities however it is particularly suitable for mature individuals.
