This class is designed to help you build familiarity with Pilates exercises and to develop your core strength, stability and flexibility.
This is a very gentle exercise class which predominantly involves mat work. Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, balance and posture, enhance mental awareness and engage the core abdominal muscles. This class teaches the foundations of Pilates movement and prepares you for safely executing more challenging exercises. The teachers are experts at working with a variety of injuries and providing modifications for challenging moves.
