These classes are an energetic, creative introduction to dance and movement. Children are encouraged to be creative and imaginative whilst experiencing a range of different styles throughout the term, including contemporary, ballet, musical theatre, and street dance.
Led by an experienced dance artist, junior dancers can expect to:
- Improve strength, coordination and flexibility
- Explore a range of dance styles
- Develop confidence and dance technique
- Have fun in a structured, supported space
This class is for children aged 4 to 7 years.
Please note that parents and carers should not be in the studio during the class but are welcome to wait for their children in our café or foyer spaces.
Your child should wear clothes that they are comfortable moving in and bring a reusable bottle of water. Water fountains can be found on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building. Shoes should be removed for class and participants should wear socks or participate bare foot.
Term dates: Monday 8 January 2024 – Monday 18 March 2024
Half term: There will be no class on Monday 19 February
