Stretch and Mobility

Feel the appreciation of an intuitive mind and body while being encouraged by an experienced practitioner to move as one at ease, find yourself, and join us for a Pilates class that cultivates wellbeing.

The class begins with a series of essential movements, following your own natural rhythm and mindful influence to breathe gently as you work your way through the whole body within an hour to unwind from head to toe.

This class is open to all levels or those looking for new experiences. Newcomers are especially welcome. Our tutor works with an individual focused approach and suitable modifications will be offered.

Pilates class participants can expect to:

  • Develop strength and flexibility
  • Improve rhythmic breathing techniques
  • Maintain mobility, body awareness and posture
  • Enjoy a period of relaxation too

Participants should bring their own mat, a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing.

 

Term dates: Tuesday 9 January 2024 – Tuesday 19 March 2024
Half term: There will be no class on Tuesday 20 February
