Taught by an experienced practitioner, this class begins with a series of basic movements, and you will be talked through the breathing, working your way through the whole of the body. This class is open to all levels, no experience necessary. Our tutor works with an individual focussed approached and suitable modifications will be offered.
Pilates class participants can expect to:
- Develop strength and flexibility
- Improve rhythmic breathing techniques
- Maintain mobility, body awareness and posture
- Enjoy a period of relaxation too
Participants should bring their own mat, a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing.

Half term: There will be no class on Tuesday 20 February
