Our fun, friendly and inclusive Springboard classes give adults with additional needs the opportunity to move and explore, using dance as a tool to develop skills. The classes offer a safe and welcoming space, that includes creativity, movement games, sensory props and structured exercises and routines.
All classes are designed to encourage self-expression, build confidence, and develop social skills.
What to expect at Springboard:
The classes are led by Margherita and assisted by Phil, who both have lots of experience working alongside people with additional needs.
From these classes, you can expect:

- To explore using dance props
- Learn dance routines
