Engaging. Playful. Developmental.

A friendly and inclusive dance class which give adults with additional needs the opportunity to move and explore, using dance as a tool to develop skills. The classes offer a safe and welcoming space, that includes creativity, movement games, sensory props and structured exercises and routines. All classes are designed to encourage self-expression, build confidence, and develop social skills.

 

Explore the DanceEast building and what it would be like to attend a Springboard class using our Visual Story.

Tuesday 30 September – Tuesday 9 December 2025
Half Term: There will be no class on Tuesday 28 October 2025

Please note: Springboard classes are offered as a Pay As You Go option or by booking a full-term course (with the option to pay in half termly instalments). For more information, please call our Sales and Admin team on 01473 295230.

 

WHAT TO BRING

Participants should wear clothes that they are comfortable moving in and bring a reusable bottle of water. Water fountains can be found on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building. Shoes should be removed for class and participants should wear socks or participate bare foot.
