Our fun, friendly and inclusive Springboard classes give children and young people with additional needs the opportunity to move and explore, using dance as a tool to develop skills. The classes offer a safe and welcoming space, that includes creativity, movement games, sensory props and structured exercises and routines.
All classes are designed to encourage self-expression, build confidence, and develop social skills.
What to expect at Springboard class:
The classes are led by Margherita and assisted by Phil, who both have lots of experience working alongside young people with additional needs.
From these classes, you can expect:

- To learn new skills
- A social space
- A positive impact on your body and mind.
- A safe welcoming environment
- To explore using dance props
- Learn dance routines
