Develop your technique, create new moves and learn simple sequences. Contemporary dance is a great way to improve core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, within a safe, fun and social environment. No previous dance experience is necessary to join the class, we welcome all abilities. There is some floor work in this class so a reasonable level of mobility is required as is the ability to get up from and down to the floor. You will be required to dance as individuals and work creatively in small groups.
