WHAT TO EXPECT
This course is for participants who are regular and experienced in attending Pilates classes but wishing to attend to gain strength and flexibility. This class begins with a series of basic movements, and you will be talked through the breathing, working your way through the whole of the body. If you join us for a Pilates class, you can expect to improve both your strength and flexibility and enjoy a period of relaxation too.
Please note, participants will be required to bring their own mat and equipment.
IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
This class is best for those who have some previous Pilates experience and don’t currently have any injuries.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CLASS
You should wear anything that you feel comfortable to move in and that is non-restrictive e.g. leggings, tracksuit bottoms or workout gear. It’s best if you wear socks and try not to wear trainers. You will need an exercise mat for this class for example, a yoga mat. It will also be great if you could bring two suitable, small dumbbells that you feel comfortable lifting.
Make sure you have water to hand, it’s important to stay hydrated!
