Improve your stamina, strength, and flexibility with our Release-based contemporary technique class, using the breath to initiate and find a sense of flow through our movement.
The class will begin with an easy warm up to get your body ready to move, followed by a series of phrases and exercises that focus on different parts of the body. These phrases and exercises will be used to create a final, longer sequence that will incorporate the skills learnt during the class.
Your confidence will also improve, helped by building on phrases each week.
This class is recommended for beginners and those with less than 2 years’ experience in contemporary, or for those who have not attended a contemporary class for several years.
We also offer a Level 2 contemporary class. If you are unsure which class level is appropriate for you, please don’t hesitate to contact our Sales & Admin Team who would be happy to advise you.
*There will be no class in half term – week commencing 24 October.
