WHAT TO EXPECT
This will be a fun, exciting hour of high energy dance. You’ll be taught movement by the tutor as well as have the opportunity to create your own movement. A variety of movement styles will be introduced, and together we’ll work towards a sharing for your friends and family at the end of term.
IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?
This class is for anyone interested in dancing, whether it’s your first time, you enjoy it as a hobby, you’re studying dance at school or you’re thinking about studying dance in the future.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CLASS
You should wear anything that you feel comfortable to move in and that is non-restrictive e.g. leggings or workout gear.
It’s best if you dance bare foot for safety.
Make sure you have water to hand, it’s important to stay hydrated!
