This class begins with a series of basic movements, and you will be talked through the breathing, working your way through the whole of the body. If you join us for a Pilates class, you can expect to improve both your strength and flexibility and enjoy a period of relaxation too.
This class is recommended if you have at least 2+ years of experience in Pilates and have attended Pilates classes in the last few years.
We also offer a Level 1 Pilate class. If you are unsure which class level is appropriate for you, please don’t hesitate to contact our Sales & Admin Team who would be happy to advise you.
