Dance offers a way to improve strength and flexibility, which helps keeps muscles and joints healthy. It helps you to learn about your body; improving your posture and balance. Dance can lead to new career opportunities, or help build vital communications skills needed in every profession.
When you choose your class make sure you book in advance to guarantee your place. Make sure you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your class for registration. To prevent personal injuries from missing the warm up and disruption to the class we unfortunately cannot allow latecomers.

Fast paced and physically demanding classes for those with considerable dance experience. Ideal for students, practitioners and teachers looking to maintain a high level of technique.
Sessions suitable for those with additional needs. Carers are not required to attend unless personal care is needed.
