We’re releasing digital classes for you to take part in at home every Monday from 10am (BST) – you can access them through our YouTube channel.
DanceEast dance artists will lead you through light dance exercises – raising morale, and more importantly reducing the negative effects of inactivity and inevitable boredom! The individual classes will last between 20 – 40 minutes and will be available online for 7 days, so you can rewind and repeat the class as much as you like, with new content being shared every Monday.
