This performance company, led by Mary Davies, is designed for dance teachers, practitioners and dance artists, with at least two years’ dance experience.
During the weekly creative session, participants explore and develop choreographic ideas and devise work with many opportunities to perform throughout the year.
In March 2018 Dance Unlimited performed as part of the Ipswich Remembers Project at the Corn Exchange, Ipswich which brought together inter-generational community groups for a performance commemorating the centenary of the First World War. In April 2018 the group had a work shop with the Morris Men, who were also involved in the Ipswich Remembers Project.

I have worked in physical theatre, been leading performance companies and teaching contemporary technique for most of my adult life. For Aesop and its Dance to Health programme, I lead fall-prevention classes. I choreograph independently and for DanceEast, and have been leading artists for their district projects in recent years. In 2013 I followed my interest in physiology and anatomy by qualifying as a sports massage therapist.
