Led by Lynnette King, this performance group, in its 22nd year, is a dance company for those with additional needs. With an approach to inclusive practice that is both exciting and stimulating, the weekly class explores creativity and seeks opportunities for each individual to reach their full potential and work alongside other like-minded dancers.
Current members share a wealth of experience between them and continue to perform at least twice a year at local, regional and national events.
In 2018 Spin Off worked with Stopgap Dance Company to create a film around the creative processes of Stopgap’s The Enormous Room, which will be screened as part of the Summer Celebration at the Jerwood DanceHouse in June 2018
In March 2018 three members had the opportunity to perform at the East Anglian Children’s Hospice Gig Night.

After graduating from Laban I have been working in the field of dance, both as a teacher and choreographer, for over twenty years and have recently qualified as a Movement Therapist. I love cycling and walking my dog Basil in Suffolk which often inspires my work.
