Throughout the whole day we'll be live streaming lots of exciting activities; from dance workshops to career talks. Tune in at any time of the day, but you won't want to miss the final performance at 5.30pm.

Usually as part of U.Dance we offer Dance Teachers and Youth Dance Leaders Continued Professional Development (CPD) sessions, but we know what a stressful and challenging year you have all had. So instead, we want to provide a session for you and your wellbeing.
Jack will lead a contemporary dance workshop that shares his experience of NYDC with you, leaving you with tips and information about how you can get involved in NYDC activity in the future, as well as make the most of every opportunity to develop as a professional dance artist.
In a vast career performing, making and teaching dance MJ has built a dance technique that blends together and fuses all his influences and practices from contemporary to capoeira, breaking to ballet. In this workshop you'll explore a range of movement, and the possibilities of movement.
We’ve partnered with the University of Bedfordshire to bring you another regional platform. Every year our U.Dance East weekends are lively and inspiring – this year won’t be any different!
Join us for U.Dance East On Screen; take part in free workshops or tune in to our live stream throughout the day for small performances and in the evening we’ll all come together to share a collection of digital youth dance performances.
U.Dance is a national celebration of performance by young people aged 11 – 19 years, and up to 25 years for young people with disabilities. The Regional Platforms are part of the U.Dance programme, which is delivered in partnership with One Dance UK.
