Sessions are free for the first 10 weeks of the programme and £4 per session thereafter.
Moving Minds is a new creative dance and movement class for adults that supports and improves mental health and wellbeing.

Each season we host a variety of dance workshops and professional development opportunities for dance artists, teachers and students as well open sessions for specific age groups and families.
Open sessions that are suitable for all levels of ability.
Suitable for those with little or no experience in the given style, those returning to dancing after a prolonged break or those looking to start afresh.
Suitable for those with some dance experience and are looking to improve their technique and learn more complex material.
Fast paced and physically demanding for those with considerable dance experience (at least 2 years). Ideal for students, practitioners and teachers.
Sessions suitable for those with additional needs. Carers are not required to attend unless personal care is needed.
