We are extremely proud of our Centre for Advanced Training graduate, Archie James, who will be dancing with Northern Ballet in Goldilocks and the Three Bears at the DanceHouse this weekend. Archie graduated from the CAT in July 2013 at the age of 17 and continued his training at the Central School of Ballet.
‘We are excited to be welcoming Archie back to the DanceHouse this weekend and proud to have played a part in his early training, together with Angela Rowe School of Dance. Archie is a talented dancer with an extraordinary work ethic; we look forward to seeing how his career develops.’ Lucy Bayliss, Head of Creative Programmes

In other CAT Graduate news, Brittanie Dillon and Richard Pye have been accepted onto the year-long Wayne McGregor PEER mentoring programme. The year-long programme includes interactions with Studio Wayne McGregor, taking part in company class and creative labs, professional development sessions by Studio Wayne McGregor office staff, and mentoring by Company Wayne McGregor dancers, to gain exposure to life as a professional dancer and develop a peer network.
Thanks to generous support from the Idlewild Trust, Studio Wayne McGregor PEER is free of charge to participants.
