Each year the U.Dance National Festival showcases a selection of the best youth dance groups from all over the country. But it’s not just about performance, the dancers take part in workshops and masterclasses with industry professionals, inspire each other with their love of dance and develop their understanding of the dance sector.

This year we are celebrating the U.Dance National Festival’s first visit to the East of England. One Dance UK in partnership with DanceEast are pleased to present two performances showcasing England’s talented young dancers. You will have the chance to see a range of dance styles performed as well as short dance films, all made by or with young people. Performances will be Sign Language Interpreted.

Live stream the performances on the One Dance UK website here.

Leading up to and during the festival look out for spontaneous performances by young people across Ipswich town centre, the waterfront and beyond. #EastYouthDance #UDance2018
