SPRINGBOARD

Our Springboard classes use dance as a tool to develop motor skills and creativity through movement games, sensory props and structured exercises and routines.

These classes are designed to encourage self-expression, build confidence and develop social skills.

Our Springboard classes are led and supported by highly skilled dance artists, who all have lots of experience working alongside children, young people and adults with additional needs.

Bookings will close each week on Friday at midday. This is to allow us enough time to send out the required forms for you to complete so that we have all the necessary information we need to share with the tutor before they participate in the class.
