In line with government advice to stop the spread of the coronavirus, we have made the very difficult decision to close the Jerwood DanceHouse in order to protect the health and wellbeing of our audiences, participants and staff.
We are delighted to announce that we are now able to start a phased reopening of the Jerwood DanceHouse. Core office staff have been happily working in the DanceHouse for the past month, ensuring that the building is fully COVID secure, with a range of safety protocols in place. Artists are starting a socially distanced return to our studios and we will shortly be welcoming our Centre for Advanced Training and University students back to the building to start their training.
For now our class programme will still be delivered online, and we have an exciting range of live classes going on sale from Monday 31 August – have a look here at what is on offer. We will be sharing more news soon on our plans to restart performances within the building, with some really special things in the pipeline. In the meantime, watch this space for some new activity for children and young people…
For school groups we offer a special price of just £6 per ticket for each student, with one teacher free per ten pupils. Additional teacher tickets can be purchased at £6 if necessary.
Each season we programme the best work for young audiences and their families, and the Family Ticket is a way to make great savings on selected performances. A family group must include two adults and two children, or one adult and up to three children.
Tickets are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
For concessions we offer tickets from £9 each performance, or from £7 for our family performances.
For Under 16s we offer tickets from £9 each performance, or from £7 for our family performances.
For Under 26s we offer tickets from £9 each performance, or from £7 for our family performances.
