Burlesque Workshop with Showgirl Lena Mae

Boost both your inner and outer poise in a fun and informal environment whilst exploring the art of the tease.

This 90 minute relaxed (and sometimes a little silly!) workshop focuses on building and expressing your confidence using classic techniques from the wonderful world of burlesque such as the shimmy, the sashay and of course, the bump n grind! Giggles Guaranteed! This session is suitable for beginners of all genders and ages from 18 upwards.

Participants should wear clothes they can move comfortably in, as glam or as relaxed as you like (hot pants and heels are most welcome, but leggings and a t shirt are also fine) and don’t worry, there’ll be no nudity involved!
