From visual arts to creative writing and drama, our friends at Inside Out Community are running workshops for young adults aged 18 to 25 to give them a chance to discover a wide range of creative activities.

Friday 27th January: 4pm – 6pm

It’s Your Move with Inside Out Community

A free style movement workshop to music. All welcome, no experience necessary.

Dance Through the Decades (featuring 1920’s to 1990s Social dance styles) with Sam Moss

A fun journey through 70 years of tunes incorporating popular moves of the era. All welcome, no experience necessary.

An inclusive sound and movement workshop for anyone interested in exploring ways of creating music and dance using a combination of found sounds and recorded music to discover their movement potential or share existing skills. All welcome, no experience necessary.
