Join award-winning dance/theatre company Lost Dog for a special dance workshop created specifically for participants aged 50 and over.
Led by renowned director and choreographer Ben Duke, Lost Dog Dance blends storytelling and movement in ways that are playful, moving, and accessible to everyone.
This workshop offers the chance to:

- Experience Lost Dog’s distinctive blend of theatre and dance
Based in rural East Sussex, Lost Dog Dance is known for creating powerful, human-centered performances. At the heart of their work is a celebration of the temporary community that forms when people share space, time, and creativity.
