Throughout the final week of July, we will be out and about in Christchurch Park and Holywells Park with Movement Mornings!
Come and find us for a FREE fun-filled morning of movement this summer. Everyone is invited to join us and experience different movement styles; a great way to energise your body and mind.
Movement Mornings will be delivered each day between 10.30am – 12.30pm by one of our experienced community dance artists. Each morning will also feature a 45-minute guest workshop between 11.15am – 12pm, focussing on a specific style (the guest workshop will be different each day).
Come and find us in both parks – the DanceEast team will be in colourful t-shirts, and we’ve got new brightly coloured bunting (so you won’t miss us!)
We’ll be providing more information on the location we’ll be in each park, and what to expect from the guest workshops very soon.
Dates:
Monday 24 July | Christchurch Park
Tuesday 25 July | Holywells Park
Wednesday 26 July | Christchurch Park
Thursday 27 July | Holywells Park
Friday 28 July | Christchurch Park
Movement Mornings is a project that has been funded by Public Health (Suffolk County Council), as part of their regional programme Be Well, Feel Well, a campaign to promote the 12 emotional needs. Movement Mornings are part of Movement month in July.
