Work out and learn burlesque to all your favourite rap and hip hop tunes. Learn from the worlds number 5 most influential burlesque artist 2021, Cleopantha. All levels welcome.
CLASS MAIN FOCUS:
– Warm up and cool down.
– Exercises to increase all round body flexibility.
– Splits improvement.
– Twerking.
– Floorwork tricks.
– Improvisation.
– Burlesque Routine.
– And more…
Please ensure to bring:
– A bottle of water.
– Comfortable clothes that are breathable and easy to move in.
– Trainers, Latin dance shoes and low-heeled professional dance shoes are permitted in the class. To ensure the safety of all students in the class no socks, pole heels or high heels are allowed. Bare feet is also acceptable.
– A towel and kneepads are highly recommended.
