As we emerge from the darkness of winter, we invite you to let go of heaviness and lethargy and join us to welcome the physical, emotional and spiritual lightness of Spring. This day will be all about new beginnings, cleansing body and mind, and setting new intentions for the season ahead.
The retreat will, as always, be varied with something for everyone, and we’ll be joined by an array of new and favourite teachers bringing a wealth of practices and knowledge – yoga and beyond.
Here’s what your day could look like (details TBC):
09.30 – Welcome and Ayurvedic Tea Tasting
10.00 – Warm up Kriya practice
10.30 to 11.30 – your pick out of 2 yoga sessions or wellness practices
11.45 to 13.00 – your pick out of 2 yoga sessions or wellness practices
13.00 to 13.45 – Delicious lunch from Juan Pablo -vegan, gluten free and utterly mourish!
14.00 Afternoon – options of multiple sessions including a Jivamukti immersion workshop
3.30pm – all together for final restorative session
4.30pm – leave totally blissed out
As always the day is catered to suit all levels, from beginner to guru; your teachers will guide you safely through a day to nurture mind, body and…belly.
You’ll meet incredible teachers from around East Anglia and beyond and you’ll connect with some jolly lovely people.
