Sudbury Movers, held at All Saints Church Hall, aims to provide the invaluable trio of movement, dance and a cup of tea for people over 55.
The sessions hope to make dance and movement more accessible by pairing the activity with the chance to meet new people in a friendly and relaxed environment. By encouraging more people to enjoy dance as a sociable activity, Sudbury Movers means the opportunity to get moving in an informal way, and to have fun whilst doing so.
