This Spring, DanceEast has over 40 classes taking place in its world-class studios, led by the region’s best dance tutors. The classes range across a number of different styles for all abilities, such as adult ballet, children’s hip hop, 50+ contemporary and open yoga (to name just a few) beginning on Saturday 6 January through until Thursday 29 March. So whether you already love dancing, or you want to try something new, everyone is welcome to come and get dancing!
DanceEast is excited to offer three new classes for the term. The first is Springboard for Tots, which offers a fun, sociable class for young children with additional needs. This class will use music, themes and props to improve coordination and rhythm while nurturing their love of movement in a relaxed environment. Recommended for preschool ages and their parent/ carer.
DanceEast is also introducing a Creative Ballet class for those aged 7-11 years. This class will lead participants through a series of movement stories and ballet based activity acting as a great introduction to the basics of ballet and encourage their natural ability and enjoyment of dance.
Inspired by Ballet Barre is a new open class for adults designed to improve participant’s strength, flexibility and posture and develop an increased sense of fluidity. This “barre based” class combines elegant movements with strength training adapted to your ability.
Every class is available to book for the whole term, giving you great discounts when you book. This also gives each participant a fantastic opportunity to further improve and progress over the term. For those who wish to pay for classes on a weekly basis, some are available for Pay As You Dance.
Classes vary in level or ages (adult, children’s, 50+, beginner, intermediate and open level classes). DanceEast has something for everyone with classes for ages 1 to 101. The new year is the perfect time to try something new, don’t miss this opportunity to get dancing!
