An energetic and inspiring contemporary dance class for experienced movers aged 50+. Designed for those with a solid foundation in contemporary dance, this class offers dynamic movement phrases, technical challenges, and creative exploration.
Led by an experienced teacher, sessions include a thorough warm-up, focused technique work, and expressive choreography to deepen your artistry, musicality, and physical confidence. Modifications are available, but the pace and content are suited to dancers ready to push themselves further.
We encourage you to have a minimum of 2 years experience in Contemporary before joining this class. We also offer an Open Contemporary class.

WHAT TO BRING Participants should wear clothes that they are comfortable moving in and bring a reusable bottle of water. Water fountains can be found on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building. Shoes should be removed for class and participants should wear socks or participate bare foot.
