Supportive. Joyful. Theraputic.
Our Dance for Parkinson’s sessions are delivered in partnership with English National Ballet. The sessions bring a unique opportunity for people with Parkinson’s in Ipswich and the surrounding areas to engage with high quality dance classes in our studio. These weekly artistic and creative dance classes have the added benefits of improved mental and physical health and wellbeing, the chance for tea, biscuits, and a chat with like-minded people and most importantly, provide a fun, informal and energising activity suitable for all.
If you would like to find out more information for yourself or if you know someone who would benefit and enjoy attending the classes you can do so by calling a member of our Box Office Team on 01473 295230.
