A friendly and inclusive dance class which give adults with additional needs the opportunity to move and explore, using dance as a tool to develop skills. The classes offer a safe and welcoming space, that includes creativity, movement games, sensory props and structured exercises and routines. All classes are designed to encourage self-expression, build confidence, and develop social skills.

WHAT TO BRING
Participants should wear clothes that they are comfortable moving in and bring a reusable bottle of water. Water fountains can be found on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building. Shoes should be removed for class and participants should wear socks or participate bare foot.
