DanceEast uses these monitoring forms to assess who we’re working with, and not working with. This enables us to ensure we have the right data to make positive change and continuously take steps to be an inclusive space for everyone.
We are also required to report monitoring information about DanceEast’s workforce to funders such as Arts Council England. We understand the descriptions and categories below are not inclusive of all identities and cultures, these are provided by our core funders for reporting purposes. We always welcome feedback to send to our funders to make this a more inclusive process. Please contact Esther.Alcock@danceeast.co.uk if you have any feedback.
