DanceEast Wellbeing Wednesdays

Introducing Wellbeing Wednesdays at the DanceHouse; featuring supportive sessions in creative dance, dementia-friendly connection and movement designed to uplift.

DeCafe: welcoming space for people living with dementia

From Wednesday 1 October | 10.30am – 12.30pm

Free to attend, but donations to Leading Lives are always welcome.

We are thrilled to be working with Leading Lives to establish a brand-new Dementia Cafe right here in the DanceHouse, running most Wednesdays.

DeCafe offers a friendly, relaxed environment for people living with dementia and their care partners to connect, unwind, and enjoy meaningful activities together. From fun and creativity to practical advice, DeCafe is all about building cognitive reserve, creating new friendships, and sharing support.

There is no charge for entry, but donations are always welcome!
