CAT – Before you Apply

We want to give prospective students an insight into what it is like to be part of the DanceEast CAT, so we host a range of free evenings including Taster Days, Open Days, and Information Talks.

All our events are designed so that everyone can take part, regardless of their previous dance experience. These events are a great way to meet the CAT team, experience the training, and learn more about the programme.

All our Taster Days and Open Day events are free to attend but must be booked in advance.

COME AND DANCE: TAKE PART IN A FREE TASTER DAY

Our Taster Days are free to attend and give you the chance to take part in a dance workshop, led by one of our fantastic CAT tutors. Whilst you are dancing, your parents/carers have the chance to speak to the team and listen to a presentation where they will find out more about the programme.

Taster Days take place each year during February half term in Ipswich, Norwich and Cambridge, and you need to be aged 10-16 to attend.
